Project description
- cooperation in organizing activities and individual tasks across different teams.
- communication with stakeholders at different levels
- assistance in planning and preparing internal and external meetings (agendas, documentation, tracking follow-up tasks)
- coordination of timelines according to the plan
- data collection and basic analysis regarding the use of services
- assistance in the rollout of product changes and service improvements
- periodic reporting and creation of ad-hoc reports
- close cooperation and effective communication and distribution of information with members of different teams
- cooperation in monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality (SLA)
- regular update of catalogs
- cooperation will take place in a combined mode 1x ON-SITE (Bratislava) / 4 x REMOTE on a part-time 50%-75% FTE
Project requirements
- min. 2 years of experience in the role of project coordinator and/or in the role of business support/business operations
- knowledge of the main concepts, tools and techniques of project management
- knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Excel
- advantage:
- experience in the financial sector (card systems, banking transactions)
- business and financial awareness
- knowledge of MS Project or a similar tool
- very good organizational and communication skills
- strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
