Project description
- collaboration on the development and further enhancement of enterprise BI, analytics, and reporting solutions
- work in the Qlik Sense + SAP environment
- collaboration on a customer project in Germany
- design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and analytical applications
- working with complex data models and multiple data sources
- collaboration with business and data stakeholders
- tasks and responsibilities:
- design, development, and further expansion of applications in Qlik Sense
- development of interactive dashboards and reporting solutions
- implementation of business requirements into Qlik applications
- design and optimization of Qlik data models
- creation and optimization of Qlik load scripts
- implementation of complex calculations, metrics, and KPIs
- working with relational data and SQL
- integration of data from various enterprise sources
- integration of data from the SAP environment
- working with Data Warehouse and database sources
- data integration via API as required by the project
- performance optimization of Qlik applications and data models
- optimization of loading times and data transformations
- ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- troubleshooting and bug fixing of existing BI solutions
- configuration and control of data and user permissions
- technical documentation of created solutions
- analysis of business requirements and their transformation into a technical solution
- close cooperation with Workstream Leads, KPI Owners, Business Owners, Data Owners, and Data Stewards
- collaboration possible in a fully REMOTE mode (within the European time zone)
- onboarding and business trips to Germany
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 4 years of practical experience with Qlik Sense development
- very good knowledge of Qlik Sense
- advanced knowledge of Qlik scripting
- experience with:
- design and implementation of complex Qlik applications
- creation of dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
- relational data modeling
- design and optimization of data models
- integration of multiple data sources
- performance tuning of Qlik solutions
- troubleshooting and bug fixing
- very good knowledge of SQL
- knowledge of Data Warehouse / DWH concepts
- practical experience with data or data sources from the SAP environment
- emphasis on data quality and correctness of reported data
- ability to understand business requirements and transform them into a technical BI solution
- ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- active knowledge of German at a professional level, spoken and written (min. B2)
- active knowledge of English at a professional level, spoken and written (min. B2 - C1)
