Project description

participation in a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation focusing on the SAP CO (Controlling) module
analysis and gathering of business requirements in the area of controlling and management accounting
design, configuration, and optimization of solutions in SAP S/4HANA CO
configuration and support of key areas:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis)
participation in fit-gap workshops and design of the target solution according to S/4HANA best practices
ensuring SAP CO integration with modules FI, MM, PP, and SD
preparation of functional specifications and coordination of requirements with technical teams
support for data migration, data validation, and SIT/UAT testing cycles
analysis and resolution of incidents and defects during implementation
support for cutover activities, go-live, and subsequent hypercare
preparation of functional documentation and support for end-user training
cooperation possible in a 100% REMOTE mode with occasional onsite [Budapest], primarily full-time (part-time by agreement)
final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the selection process

Project requirements

min. 3-year project experience as an SAP CO consultant, ideally on implementation projects
practical experience with SAP CO, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment
experience with:
- configuration of key areas CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, PCA, and CO-PA / Margin Analysis
- Greenfield implementation and knowledge of individual phases of the implementation lifecycle
- gathering and analyzing business requirements and their transformation into an SAP solution
- fit-gap analysis, solution design, and SAP configuration
- SIT/UAT testing, analysis, and defect resolution
- data migration, cutover, and go-live/hypercare activities
good knowledge of controlling and management accounting processes
knowledge of FI/CO integration with logistics modules MM, PP, and SD
ability to prepare functional specifications and project documentation

active knowledge of English at a communicative level, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
advantageous:
- experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- deeper expertise in Product Costing or CO-PA / Margin Analysis
- experience with the SAP Activate methodology
- SAP S/4HANA Finance / Management Accounting certification
- experience with complex international SAP implementations
