Project description
- execution of predefined test scenarios and unit testing activities in SAP Finance processes testing areas of General Ledger, Intercompany, Asset Accounting, Tax Reporting, Banking and FI Master Data testing functionalities in SAP S/4HANA Finance and legacy SAP ERP FI recording test results, deviations, findings and test evidence working with test and project documentation in SAP Solution Manager, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams updating test records, statuses and related artifacts in Azure DevOps technical coordination of testing activities and reporting their progress to project stakeholders quality control of project documentation according to established standards checking and maintaining documentation records in SAP Solution Manager preparing status reports and summarizing documentation quality performing documentation checks from a governance, audit and compliance perspective recording identified problems and coordinating follow-up activities preparing complete documentation of test results and handing it over to the customer for review and approval cooperation takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode with 50% FTE (20 hours per week)
Project requirements
- min. 2 years of project experience in SAP Finance / SAP FI testing, the position is also suitable for less senior candidates
- experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Report-to-Record (R2R)
- SAP ERP FI
- testing SAP Finance processes
- creating and maintaining test documentation
- SAP Solution Manager
- Azure DevOps
documenting test results and managing deviations
practical knowledge of processes General Ledger, Intercompany, Asset Accounting, Tax Reporting, Banking and FI Master Data
ability to work according to defined test scenarios and project procedures
ability to document test results and identified findings
communicative English (spoken and written) - advantage:
- German
- experience with governance, audit and compliance documentation
- experience with Microsoft Office 365
- experience with testing in a complex SAP transformation project
