Project description
- design and configuration of solutions in the area of SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS in a manufacturing company environment
- analysis of business requirements and design of advanced production planning processes
- configuration of PP/DS heuristics, planning procedures, and scheduling strategies
- design and optimization of capacity planning, detailed production scheduling, and production sequences
- configuration and validation of master data (PDS, BOM, Routings, Resources, Setup Matrices)
- integration of SAP PP/DS with SAP PP and MM modules
- support for testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live
- cooperation with business stakeholders and technical teams
- cooperation possible in a 100% REMOTE mode, primarily full-time (part-time by agreement)
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- hands-on experience with SAP PP/DS configuration and implementation
- experience with Embedded PP/DS in SAP S/4HANA
- advanced knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and Detailed Scheduling
- practical knowledge of PP/DS heuristics, scheduling strategies, pegging, and planning exceptions
- experience with manufacturing data (BOM, Routings, PDS, Resources, Production Versions)
- knowledge of SAP PP/DS integration with SAP PP and MM
- experience with requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing
- active knowledge of English at a communicative level, spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- advantageous experience with:
- complete implementation cycle of an SAP project
- SAP APO PP/DS and migration to Embedded PP/DS
- PP/DS optimization and reduction of setup times
- SAP IBP, SAP Fiori, or SAP Activate
- autonomy
- analytical thinking
- ability to solve complex problems
- excellent communication skills
- strong stakeholder management
