Project description

daily cooperation with business teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as a local partner of the international SAP team
gathering and analysis of business requirements
preparation of Fit & Gap analyses
creation of Gap Sheets
creation of Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
coordination of regulatory requirements and RICEFW objects for the Czech Republic and Slovakia (e.g., taxes, e-invoicing, forms, or master data extensions)
cooperation with the development team in implementing the proposed solution
presentation of functional specifications to the development team and coordination of implementation
preparation of test scenarios and test data
performing testing and coordinating the resolution of found errors
preparation and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
preparation and execution of cutover activities
cooperation on the strategy and execution of financial data migration
support during go-live and hypercare
knowledge and documentation handover to the operational (RUN) team

Project requirements

Advanced experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) (min. 5 years)
- business analysis in SAP implementation or rollout projects
- creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- creating Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Fit & Gap analysis
- testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation support
Experience with:
- coordinating the implementation of functional requirements with the development team
- cutover activities
- data migration in SAP projects
- go-live and hypercare support
Advanced knowledge of:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI)
- SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO)
Knowledge of:
- Czech or Slovak language
- English language
Advantageous:
- experience with regulatory localization of SAP solutions for the Czech Republic or Slovakia
- experience with RICEFW objects
- knowledge of electronic invoicing (e-invoicing)
- knowledge of MM, SD, PM or PS modules
- experience with tax localization, forms or master data extensions
