Project description

design and optimization of standardized processes Procure-to-Pay and Material Management in a project-oriented manufacturing environment
design and improvement of Material Management processes and supplier master data management, including validation, governance, and lifecycle management
configuration of purchasing processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material movements, and Inventory Management
support for MRP and project-oriented purchasing, including Project Stock, Safety Stock and cross-project reporting
design of integrated invoicing processes including Three-Way Matching, tolerance settings, and approval workflows
leading workshops, preparing functional specifications and test scenarios and documentation
cooperation in a 3 days REMOTE and ideally 2 days ON-SITE in Hungary mode

Project requirements

min. 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA MM configuration
very good knowledge of end-to-end processes Procure-to-Pay
experience with:
- configuration of purchasing processes, purchase requisitions and orders
- Inventory Management and material movements
- MRP and project-oriented purchasing
- integration of MM with FI/CO and PP
- Three-Way Matching

active knowledge of English and Hungarian languages at a communicative level, spoken and written (min. B1)
advantage:
- experience from Aerospace & Defense, Automotive or Heavy Machinery environments
- experience with projects in a secure / classified environment
- experience with data management and governance
analytical thinking
ability to solve complex problems
excellent communication skills
