Project description

design, implementation and optimization of standardized processes of Production Planning and Production Execution in a complex manufacturing environment
configuration and optimization of production planning and control for new products and standard production scenarios
design of standardized processes for production orders, rework orders, production confirmations and production corrections
support for Kanban replenishment and material consumption processes, including batch-managed materials
optimization of production planning
coordination of integrations with Material Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Sales and Controlling
assistance with testing and user training
cooperation in a 3 days REMOTE and ideally 2 days ON-SITE in Hungary mode

Project requirements

min. 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA PP configuration
very good knowledge of processes Production Planning, Production Orders, MRP and Manufacturing Execution
experience with:
- configuration of production processes in SAP PP
- production orders and MRP
- Kanban and cross-module integration
- integration with other SAP modules

active knowledge of English and Hungarian languages at a communicative level, spoken and written (min. B1)
advantage:
- experience from the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive or Heavy Machinery environment
- experience with projects in a secure / classified environment
- experience with Serial Number Management
analytical thinking
ability to solve complex problems
excellent communication skills
