Project description

  • design and implementation of standardized Procure-to-Pay and Material Management processes in a project-oriented manufacturing environment
  • design and optimization of material management processes and supplier master data management, including validation, governance, and lifecycle management
  • configuration of purchasing processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material movements, and inventory management
  • support of MRP and project-oriented purchasing, including project stock, safety stock, and cross-project reporting
  • design of integrated invoicing processes including three-way matching, tolerance settings, and approval workflows
  • leading workshops, preparing functional specifications and test scenarios, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • collaboration in the mode of 3 days REMOTE and ideally 2 days On-Site in Hungary

Project requirements

  • min. 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration
  • end-to-end processes Order-to-Cash, modules FI/CO, EWM
  • experience with:
    • integration of SD with EWM and FI/CO
    • pricing, tax determination, sales orders, invoicing
    • output management and business documents
  • active knowledge of English and Hungarian languages at a communicative level, spoken and written (min. B1)
     
  • advantage:
    • experience from Aerospace & Defense, Automotive or Heavy Machinery environment
    • experience with projects in a secure / classified environment
       
  • analytical thinking
  • ability to solve complex problems
  • excellent communication skills
