Project description
- the project combines business and functional analysis, requirements engineering, process and domain modeling, and collaboration on digital product design
- focused on analysis and development of digital solutions in the telecommunications environment, with an emphasis on digital touchpoints and the B2B segment
- responsibility for independent analysis of business domains and existing solutions, gathering and refining requirements from users and stakeholders, and transforming them into structured functional and analytical outputs
- the work will include creating process and domain models, business rules, user stories, information models, and other analytical documentation necessary for the design and further development of digital products
- the project operates in an environment combining Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe approaches
- scope of work:
- analysis of business domains and existing TELCO solutions
- functional and business analysis of requirements
- gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- organizing and leading analytical discussions and workshops
- refining and documenting business requirements
- transforming business needs into functional requirements
- collaboration on the design and development of digital products
- analysis of digital touchpoints and customer processes
- creation and updating of process models
- creation of domain and information models
- defining and documenting business rules
- preparation and management of user stories
- creation and management of a project glossary
- process modeling using BPMN
- utilizing UML in functional and system analysis
- collaboration with business, IT, and other project stakeholders
- maintaining analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence
- work in an Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environment
- collaboration in a hybrid mode, ON-SITE [Bratislava] with a ratio of 3 days a week ON-SITE during onboarding and then 2 days a week ON-SITE
Project requirements
- min. 5 years of experience with digital projects in the telecommunications sector
- min. 5 years of experience with functional analysis and analytical documentation
- demonstrable experience from the TELCO environment
- experience with:
- design and development of digital products
- digital contact points / digital touchpoints
- B2B segment
- creation of functional and analytical documentation
- creation of process models
- creation of domain and information models
- definition of business rules
- creation of User Stories
- Agile, Waterfall or SAFe
- ability to independently analyze business domains and existing solutions
- practical experience with requirements gathering
- ability to communicate with users and stakeholders and identify their actual needs
- practical knowledge of:
- BPMN
- UML
- knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- active knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- a big advantage:
- knowledge of TM Forum / TM Forum Frameworks
- experience with TM Forum standards in a telecommunications environment
- deeper knowledge of B2B TELCO processes
- experience with:
- complex enterprise transformation projects
- hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery
- SAFe
- facilitation of analytical workshops
- customer-facing digital solutions
- availability for start ASAP
- strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
- open to new ideas and visions
- ability to react flexibly and adapt to change
