collaboration as a technical consultant, mentor, and architectural partner for the customer's internal team in preparing the platform for a hybrid cloud environment
the project focuses on expert support for the internal team after migration to the latest version of Automic Automation Engine (v24+)
- the goal is to stabilize the environment, optimize configuration and performance, and transfer know-how to internal administrators
- preparing the platform for future operation in a hybrid cloud environment
the role will involve analyzing the existing solution, identifying risks, proposing optimizations, and preparing recommendations for further platform development
tasks and responsibilities:
- Knowledge Transfer
  - conducting workshops for the internal team

  - preparing technical documentation
  - reducing reliance on external consultants
- Health Check and Stabilization
  - analysis of the current state of the Automic platform after upgrade
  - checking Automation Engine configuration

Project requirements

min. 4 years of project experience with Automic Automation Engine
expert level knowledge of Automic v24 or newer versions
experience with enterprise Automic architecture
experience with:
- upgrade projects

experience with hybrid cloud environments
ability to conduct knowledge transfer and mentoring
experience with architectural consulting
active knowledge of English at a professional level, spoken and written (min. C1)
active knowledge of German at a conversational level, spoken and written (min. B2)
