Project description
- providing support to project team members regarding specific support/ administrative tasks
- cooperation on project budget planning and control ( Asset Costs, Track Costs )
- cooperation in the preparation and organization of regular meetings and other project meetings, then ensuring outputs for all collaborating teams
- very good organizational and communication skills
- general overview and knowledge of finance and insurance
- general overview and knowledge of insurance and financial services
- REMOTE cooperation is possible, but occasional on-site [Bratislava] must be calculated according to the requirements of the project
Project requirements
- ability to communicate and present all key inputs and outputs when organizing project meetings and administrative tasks
- the ability to process, evaluate and present all inputs and outputs during budget control of individual parts of the project
- ability to understand PM processes occurring throughout the project life cycle
- active experience with:
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, formulas)
- Confluence (planning and tracking project milestones)
- active knowledge of spoken and written English (min. C1)
- great advantage of experience with:
- Sharepoint
- MS Teams
- administrative position or support function
- ability to learn fast
- independence
- proactive approach
