Project description
- management supervision over the modernization of the client's premises in the field of telecommunications
- preparation of project documentation for boiler replacement
- technical solution design and selection of suitable technology
- coordination of construction work (replacement of boilers, installations, etc.)
- preparation and coordination of project schedules, work and relevant budgets
- Regular communication with internal clients and external suppliers to define, optimize and resolve their requirements
- quality control and completeness of construction work by contractors (subcontractors)
- responsibility for preparing reporting, processing documents, opinions and recommendations for management decision-making
- cooperation in PART-TIME (50%) mode, combination ON-SITE (Bratislava): REMOTE (in a ratio of approximately 50:50)
Project requirements
- at least 3 years of project experience in project management in the field of technical building security
- experience with:
- designing and managing projects in the field of technical building security (ideally boiler rooms and utility networks)
- designing technical solutions and managing their implementation
- creating and supervising the implementation of the work schedule
- coordination of construction work ,
- reconstruction management
- by selecting suppliers
- leading project teams of specialists
- communication and management of activities at various levels (internal teams, external suppliers, architects, ...)
- knowledge of technical standards and legislation
- interest in long-term cooperation
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written) at a conversational level
- Experience in the field of heating and plumbing is an advantage
- excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to effectively plan and coordinate various activities
- strong focus on detail, accuracy and correctness checking
- high work commitment and coping with stressful situations associated with work tasks
