Project description
- preparation and execution of tests for front-end and back-end parts of extensive innovative cloud-ready banking solutions
- participation in the creation of test cases and plans
- reporting of found defects and the current status of test execution
- retesting of fixed bugs
- defining, preparing, checking and maintaining test data before test execution
- active cooperation with business representatives, test analysts, product owners, as well as other members of the testing and development team
- escalating the defect resolution process
- possibility of long-term cooperation
- cooperation possible in a combined ON-SITE (Bratislava) / REMOTE mode (in a ratio of approx. 40:60, or min. 20:80)
Project requirements
- min. 4-year project experience in testing (ideally banking systems)
- advanced experience with:
- preparation and execution of technological and automated tests on both back-end and front-end sides
- SQL and test data retrieval
- testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman and JMSToolBox)
- creation of test cases based on functional specifications
- precise reporting of found defects
- technical analysis/testing (request, response, web service, rest api, etc.)
- bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- experience with testing banking and/or payment systems
- knowledge in the area of standing orders and payment transactions
- practical knowledge of SW testing methodology and types of testing
- active knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech language and at least conversational knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- great advantage would be experience:
- with automation of integration tests
- in the area of standing orders and payment transactions
- advantage:
- Python and/or JAVA-based and/or JavaScript-based automated testing
- experience with messaging (Kafka MQ, Rabbit MQ ...)
- ISTQB certification
- attention to detail
- analytical thinking and correspondingly adapted testing methodology for individual solutions
- proactive and systematic approach to work and problem-solving
