Project description
- Development and quality assurance of key banking applications, digital channels, and back-office systems
- Working in an agile Scrum team on solutions for complex business processes with a direct impact on banking products
- Utilizing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Oracle SQL, Enterprise Architect, and testing ecosystems like SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Selenium, or Kibana
- Independent creation and management of test data, scenarios, and definition of test entry and exit criteria
- Test execution, defect analysis, and close cooperation with other roles in the team (developers, analysts, architects)
- Estimating effort for advanced testing tasks and managing Test Cases
- Cooperation in a hybrid mode of 60% onsite (Prague) and 40% remote
Project requirements
- Advanced knowledge:
- ISTQB at ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent in-depth knowledge
- Oracle SQL for advanced database work and independent creation of complex test data
- Jira and Zephyr plugin for managing Test Cases, their import, and defect management
- Advanced experience with:
- testing banking applications (branch applications, digital channels, BO applications)
- defect analysis, evaluating test results, and proposing solutions
- delivering effort estimates for advanced testing tasks based on analysis
- Knowledge of:
- Enterprise Architect and UML
- Both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and working in Scrum teams
- test execution in tools for integration, automated, and performance tests (SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Bruno, Selenium, Playwright, JMeter)
- logging tools (PEK, Graylog, Kibana, FETL)
- common banking products and their functionality
- English language at an active level for daily communication
- Advantageous:
- knowledge of cash BE systems or safe deposit boxes issues
