Project description
- automated (70%) and manual (30%) testing of web and mobile applications
- creating, executing and maintaining complex test plans, test cases and test scripts
- identification, reporting and tracking of defects
- close cooperation with the development team to solve the found defects
- performing regression testing to verify that new changes do not affect existing functionality
- working with business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that the application meets specified requirements
- participating in the software development life cycle and contributing to the improvement of testing processes
- conducting usability testing to evaluate the user-friendliness and experience of applications
- analysis and communication of test results, metrics and potential risks to project stakeholders
- investigating and resolving issues reported by end users
- tracking current testing methodologies, tools and industry best practices
Project requirements
- at least 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer
- experience in testing Java applications
- knowledge of technologies: Java, React, Oracle/Elastic Search, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium Cucumber
- willingness to engage in manual testing (30%)
- high level technical skills
- ability to work with cross-functional teams
- experience performing regression testing
- ability to work independently and in a team
- organizational skills to work with tight deadlines
- fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
