Project description
- cooperation on guiding the vision and strategy for chapter testing in a progressive environment of agile software development
- cooperation in mentoring chapter members, leading practices in testing processes and the advancement of innovations in automation
- responsibility for the preparation and analysis of quality assessments, detailed reports and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of test frameworks
- daily tasks include:
- presentation of significant improvements and strategic developments
- overseeing escalations and managing risks and issues related to test services provided by agile teams
- coordinating testing tasks and responsibilities across different teams, ensuring a unified approach to delivering high quality software
- overseeing all test management activities, including tool development, test automation strategies and configuration management
- cooperation with other roles that perform related activities (IT development, IT architecture, IT Operations, Business) so that continuity of activities is guaranteed
- after a short initial ON-SITE (Bratislava) onboarding, cooperation is possible in a combined OFF-SITE and ON-SITE mode according to the needs of the project (2 - 3x per week Bratislava)
Project requirements
- min. 5-year experience in the position of Test Manager
- min. 3 years of experience with team management
- knowledge (strong foundation):
- test planning
- development of strategies
- stakeholder management
- knowledge:
- API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI
- comprehensive knowledge in SQL
- experience with:
- test management tools such as JIRA , Confluence and TestRail
- automation tools like Selenium and Jenkins
- test methods
- different testing techniques
- Black Box
- White Box
- a big advantage:
- practical experience with agile methodologies
- practical experience with agile methodologies
- very good organizational and communication skills
- ability to solve problems effectively under pressure
