managing integration, end-to-end, and acceptance testing of complex system solutions in the banking sector
preparation, control, and implementation of test strategy, plans, and testing methods
participation in the design and creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test data
monitoring and evaluating the fulfillment of testing criteria and schedule
management of functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and acceptance tests
cooperation in production deployment
coordination and mentoring of the testing team and business testers
reporting on testing status and identified errors to the project manager
analysis of test results, proposal and implementation of corrective measures
selection, usage, and management of testing tools, design of test automation
communication with developers, business owners, and other stakeholders
cooperation takes place in a hybrid ON-SITE (Bratislava) and REMOTE mode (min 40:60)

Project requirements

min. 5 years of experience in test management in IT
experience with:
- managing integration, end-to-end, and acceptance testing of complex system solutions
- preparation of standard test documentation (strategy, plan, reporting, defect management)
- leading, mentoring, and managing the entire testing process and the testing team
- bug-tracking tools (HP QC. JIRA, Confluence)
- optimization of processes and activities in the QA area
- implementation of various types of tests (manual, integration, automated, performance...) on various environments and platforms
active knowledge of Slovak/Czech and English language (spoken and written)
advantageous:
- experience in the banking segment or a similar sector
- experience with PI planning
- experience with automated testing and its integration into CI/CD
- experience with SQL
- experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- experience with agile SW development methodology (SCRUM)
- certification in testing (ISTQB) and/or ITIL
very good organizational and communication skills
ability to analyze problems and propose solutions
proactivity and analytical thinking
