Project description

  • responsibility for test management within the program
  • reporting to program management and other stakeholders, including the board and top management
  • defining and managing standards and requirements relating to:
    • testing processes
    • testing tools
    • test organization and operating models
    • test deliverables
  • planning, preparation, operational coordination and reporting on:
    • end-to-end testing
    • integration testing
    • UAT
  • inter-project coordination and management of test leads within individual projects
  • ensuring the quality of test-related deliverables throughout the program
  • resource planning and selection
  • test control and performance monitoring
  • risk management

 

Project requirements

  • minimum 10 years of experience as a senior (test) test manager in programs and projects in large corporate environments
  • experience with end-to-end testing and other testing phases in SAP S/4HANA based programs and projects
     
  • experience with common test management tools, especially:
    • SAP Cloud ALM
    • SAP Solution Manager
    • Jira
       
  • Certification in one or more recognized test management standards, e.g. ISTQB
  • Certification in one or more recognized project management frameworks / agile methodologies, e.g.
    • GPM
    • PRINCE2
    • PMP
    • Scrum
    • SAFe
       
  • experience in the energy or network industries is an advantage
     
  • cooperation in a hybrid mode of approx. 50% REMOTE and 50% ON-SITE (Frankfurt), during intensive testing periods up to 100% ON-SITE
     
  • knowledge of German at an excellent conversational level, spoken and written (C1/C2)
  • knowledge of English at a conversational level, spoken and written (B2) is an advantage
     
  • management and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, including communication with top management
  • client-oriented, proactive and independent approach
  • precise, structured and efficient way of working
