Project description

  • execution of manual, functional, integration, and regression tests (including SIT and E2E scenarios) of front-end and back-end parts of extensive important innovative solutions in the field of aviation
  • participation in the creation of test cases and plans 
  • reporting of found bugs and the current status of test execution
  • retesting fixed bugs
    • defining, preparing, checking, and maintaining test data before test execution
  • active cooperation with business representatives, test analyst, product owner, as well as other members of the testing and development team
    • escalating the process of resolving found defects possibility of long-term cooperation  cooperation possible in almost full REMOTE mode 

Project requirements

  • min. 5 years of project experience in testing (ideally in highly regulated domains)
  • advanced experience with:
    • preparation and execution of manual, functional, integration, and regression tests (including SIT and E2E scenarios) on both the back-end and front-end
    • SQL and searching for test data
      • testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, ReadyAPI--)
    • creating test cases based on functional specifications
    • precise reporting of found bugs
    • technical analysis/testing (request, response, web service, rest api, etc.)
      • bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence) using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in testing
    • practical knowledge of SW testing methodology and types of testing  active knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech language and at least conversational knowledge of English (written and spoken)
     
  • significant advantage: experience with: 
    • aviation domain
    • automation of integration tests
       
  • advantage: 
    • Python and/or JAVA-based and/or JavaScript-based automated testing 
    • experience with messaging (Kafka MQ, Rabbit MQ ...)
    • ISTQB certification
       
  • attention to detail
  • analytical thinking and testing methodology adapted accordingly for individual solutions 
  • proactive and systematic approach to work and problem solving
