Project description
- collaboration on a global transformation program in the area of Data, AI & Records Governance, focused on the development and transformation of Records Management in the insurance sector
- design and development of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
- analysis of the current state of processes, roles, governance, organizational setup, and handover points
- design of the future operating model and its individual components
- definition of process flows, roles and responsibilities, decision-making rights, and governance forums
- design of control mechanisms, escalation paths, and interfaces between individual teams and functions
- facilitation of workshops and collaboration with stakeholders
- leading workshops and working meetings with business and functional stakeholders
- gathering input, validating and challenging assumptions, and building common consensus
- transforming strategic requirements into concrete and practically implementable recommendations for the operating model
- support for the implementation of transformational changes
- identification of the impacts of proposed changes, implementation dependencies, and risks
- identification and tracking of open issues, decisions, assumptions, and action items
- collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation readiness of the proposed model
- preparation of materials for management
- preparation of management presentations, decision papers, workshop outputs, and regular status updates
- processing complex topics into clear, concise, and decision-making materials for stakeholders and leadership
- collaboration across an international and matrix-managed organization
- collaboration in a hybrid mode with occasional ONSITE (Bratislava) + REMOTE or by agreement
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the progress of the selection process
Project requirements
- project experience with the design and development of a Target Operating Model (TOM)
- experience with the implementation of projects in the area of business transformation, operating model and/or organizational design in a complex corporate environment
- advanced experience with:
- stakeholder management, including communication with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
- facilitating workshops and the ability to lead stakeholders to decisions in a matrix-managed organization
- change management, especially with identifying the impacts of changes and planning their implementation
- practical knowledge of governance, process design, and implementation planning
- ability to:
- analyze complex and ambiguous problems, structure unclear assignments, and translate them into concrete recommendations
- prepare high-quality documentation, management presentations, and decision-making materials
- independently lead assigned workstreams with minimal supervision
- manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- advantageous experience with:
- consulting in the area of transformation, operating model, or change management
- the field of insurance, banking, or other regulated environments
- working in an international and matrix-managed organization
- executive-level reporting and decision support
- strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach
- ability to work independently, as well as within a global team
