Project description

leading operational agenda and process improvements in User Access Management (UAM) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (SE VDI) for over 10,000 users
key role in managing the NAC (Network Access Confidentiality) process, including confirmation collection, status tracking, escalations, and exceptions
end-to-end management of access requests (~80–100 UAM tickets per week, ~400 technical incidents per month), including issue resolution and communication with internal and external partners
ensuring accurate recording of access data across Workday, Active Directory, SAP P34, and other sources, including maintaining internal mapping tables
reporting and analytical support – consolidated data for UAM, SE VDI, NAC, and tokens, active vs. inactive capacity, ad-hoc requests from management
responsibility for managing and exceptions in the area of MFA tokens (20–30 cases/month), including seed file management in collaboration with the security team
management and coordination of knowledge base and content on the SharePoint hub, collaboration with SDZ Communications
possibility of collaboration in full remote mode, with the option to use offices in Prague

Project requirements

advanced experience with:
- managing access processes in a large organization (at least 5 years of experience in UAM or IT compliance)
- collaboration with external partners and managing exceptions in a corporate environment
- reporting and analytics in identity and access management (Excel, SharePoint, custom data models)
- resolving complex access-related incidents (e.g., NVS errors, stuck accounts, APS issues)
experience with:
- managing VDI licenses and capacity planning (ideally in an environment with over 5,000 users)
- setting up and maintaining processes for NAC (Network Access Confidentiality)
- leading small operational teams and/or project coordination
advanced knowledge of:
- identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Workday)
- security standards and processes within access governance (including MFA, tokens, seed management)
knowledge of:
- collaboration in international teams and environments with high demands on data integrity and compliance
- tools for tracking and managing requests (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
advantageous:
- experience with access management in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, banking)
- experience with ISO standards and audit readiness (e.g., ISO 27001)
- experience with token provisioning in collaboration with security teams
