Detaily projektu
- manage all aspects of cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services
- administer and Manage M365 and Azure Environments; ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of the Microsoft 365 platform
- coordinate across multiple Microsoft 365 workloads, collaborating with architects and other administrators responsible for workloads, infrastructure, identity, security, compliance, endpoints, and applications
- configure and optimize M365 applications and services to meet the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring an optimal user experience
- troubleshoot and resolve M365 issues, including connectivity, mail flow, and mobile device management
- configure and deploy Intune policies, profiles, and apps
- manage security features, conditional access policies, and compliance settings within Intune
- handle device enrollment methods (e.g., Azure AD join, Autopilot, Apple DEP)
- respond to and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests related to M365 applications and services in a timely manner
- create and maintain documentation and manuals
- participate in handling tasks at the Service desk
Požiadavky projektu
- proven experience from a similar position for at least 3 years
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration - Teams, Sharepoint Online, Security, Compliance, Defender for Cloud, and other
- experience in supporting a hybrid environment with Office 365 - Exchange Online and integration with on-premise Exchange environment.
- basic understanding of network concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, Vlans, DMZ and VPN
- strong organizational skills and effective time management while working on multiple projects and tasks.
- ability to write administrative and technical documentation for use by IT and support staff
- strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- preferred Technical Certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate)
- good command of Czech and English language, both written and spoken
