Project description

overall project management and end-to-end delivery coordination
management of the interface between Atlassian Rovo and GitLab Duo
preparation and management of the project plan, milestones, and schedule
monitoring budget, statuses, risks, and project dependencies
coordination of external specialists involved in the project
ownership of the process chain from planning to deployment
coordination of the handover process design between Jira/Confluence and GitLab
oversight of the creation of a functional end-to-end prototype
coordination of the definition of the target scaling concept for other teams
preparation of decision-making materials and documents for management
communication with stakeholders and technical teams
ensuring project governance and transparent reporting
coordination of activities related to the introduction of GenAI, including governance and data protection requirements

Project requirements

min. 5 years of project experience in IT Project Management, ideally in DevOps or IT transformation projects
technical understanding of the software development process
ability to manage a complex project at the intersection of AI, DevOps, and software development
ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and external specialists
excellent English
experience with:
- managing IT/DevOps transformation projects
- Atlassian toolchain, especially Jira and Confluence
- GitLab or similar DevOps toolchain
- SDLC processes
- CI/CD
- the process from user story to deployment
- implementing GenAI solutions
- GenAI governance and data protection
- coordinating technical specialists
- project reporting, risk management, and budget management
advantageous experience with:
- Atlassian Rovo
- GitLab Duo
- agentic AI
- AI-assisted software development
- AI governance
- DevOps transformation
- automation of software delivery processes
