Project description

  • close cooperation with the company's management in the design of business models and the development of innovative solutions within insurance systems
  • structuring and prioritization of the backlog led by BU demand for the Digital Payments product
  • BU communication & Stakeholder Management: Creating a foundation for effective stakeholder communication and management
  • interpreting internal and external business challenges and requirements and finding a solution to achieve them
  • development of business analyses, definition of functional requirements and testing of individual solutions
  • supervision of the proper and timely delivery of the necessary implementations on the digital front-end
  • converting business goals, objectives, rules and processes into business requirements
  • support of individual product owners and members of development teams
  • communication between business department and development teams
  • possible cooperation in an international agile team ( SCRUM )
  • cooperation in hybrid mode ON-SITE [Bratislava 1x per week]/ REMOTE

Project requirements

  • min. 5 -year project experience in the position of Business Analyst
  • min. 5 years of experience with the operating model for digital products
  • min. 2 years of experience in maintenance and support of digital products
  • knowledge/experience with:
    • An API with the ability to document and clarify data transfer needs between different applications
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft Office
    • Power Framework
    • BPM software (Camunda)
    • agile development methodology ( SCRUM )
    • by working in the field of insurance, banking or finance
  • ability to manage system analysis and identify dependencies with constant consideration of business requirements
  • knowledge of the internal functioning of insurance companies and their products
  • exceptional communication skills - in writing and orally (especially in English )   and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the company
  • strong facilitation skills (be able to lead meetings , make decisions and plan by consensus with the participants)
  • problem-solving orientation
  • excellent time-management
  • attention to detail and orientation to continuous process improvement
  • active knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written)
  • advantage of experience with:
    • Business Process Manager (BPM) Certificate
    • by working in the insurance industry
    • by working in a distributed international team
  • strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills
  • open to new ideas and visions
  • the ability to respond flexibly and adapt to change
  • proactive approach
