Project description
- responsibility for preparing, transforming and providing data for analytical and data science teams, as well as for the stability and quality of data flows
- collaboration on data and analytical services for the TELCO operator, which support business decision-making, sales, customer experience and process optimization
- act as a single-point data expert, covering data preparation, analytics and model creation
- tasks and responsibilities
- preparation, monitoring and updating of predictive models and data products
- analysis and processing of complex data using Advanced Analytics
- design and implementation of ML models (regression, classification, scoring, anomaly detection)
- definition of requirements for data sources and data pipelines
- creation of solutions supporting automated decision-making
- visualization and interpretation of results for stakeholders
- testing business hypotheses to support sales and customer experience
- participation in MLOps processes (experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring)
- collaboration with other countries within the TELCO operator
- reporting, preparation of documents and participation in project coordination
- ongoing documentation of models, procedures and results
- collaboration possible in hybrid mode ON-SITE / REMOTE, of which min. 2 - 3 days a week on-site [Bratislava], the rest remote
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 3-year project experience in Data Engineering and Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, ideally in telecommunications and/or IT and/or finance
- advanced knowledge of statistics and ML methods
- hands-on experience with ML use-cases in telco (e.g. propensity, churn, HH identification)
- very good knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases
- knowledge of Python for ML model development (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM)
- experience with big data (Hadoop, Spark)
- experience with deployment and operation of models in the cloud, ideally GCP
- experience with MLOps tools:
- MLflow, Airflow, GitLab CI/CD (experiment tracking, orchestration, deployment)
- experience with data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, PowerBI, QlikSense)
- ability to interpret models for business stakeholders
- active knowledge of English, both written and spoken (min. B2-C1)
- advantage:
- experience with Kedro framework (pipeline abstraction)
- experience with deploying AI products to a production environment
- experience with data governance / model monitoring
- experience in telco environment or large enterprise environment
- strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills
- open to new ideas and visions
