unique opportunity to participate in shaping and the international expansion of a top-tier Live & VOD streaming platform available to millions of users across Europe
connecting business requirements with the technical world of engineers and testers across an ecosystem including iOS, Android, Web, and Smart TV
work in an international multi-client environment with an emphasis on architecture, data flows, and integration of internal and external systems
collection, analysis, and prioritization of requirements from key stakeholders in product, content, billing, and customer support
modeling of processes, data flows, and interfaces between systems for content management, entitlement, billing, and analytics
creation of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including support for the QA team during verification and DEMO presentations
assessment of the impact of proposed changes on scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines
collaboration in a 5-day onsite mode (Prague) during onboarding, and then 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Project requirements

Advanced experience with:
- at least 4 years of experience as a Business or IT Analyst on complex integrated systems
- writing detailed technical specifications and functional requirements for development and testing teams
- coordinating deliveries, managing dependencies, and handovers across parallel international streams
- direct querying and analysis of data using SQL
Advanced knowledge of:
- fluent Czech, both spoken and written
- English at C1 level for daily international communication and advocacy of priorities
Knowledge of:
- system integration, data formats, interfaces, and error state resolution
- UX/UI design principles, creation of user flows, and interaction models
Advantageous:
- domain knowledge in video streaming, TV broadcasting, subscription models, rights management, or metadata
- experience with localization and expansion of products to foreign markets
- IREB CPRE, CBAP, or equivalent certification
- working with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps tools
