Project description
- cooperation in the development of back-end parts of innovative cloud-ready applications in the banking sector
- participation in the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of systems
- cooperation with ICT and business analysts
- cooperation in an agile team (SCRUM)
- cooperation in CI/CD processes including code reviews
- cooperation is possible in a combined ON-SITE (Bratislava) / REMOTE mode (approx. 25:75)
Project requirements
- min. 4 years of active programming experience in JAVA (ideally J2EE 21+ in combination with Quarkus/Spring Boot)
- excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (OOP)
- advanced experience with:
- the Quarkus and/or SpringBoot framework
- Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (ideally J2EE 21+)
- using Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, OracleDB)
- experience with:
- development of back-end parts of applications for mobile applications (Android, iOS)
- microservices (Docker and/or Kubernetes) repository systems (Git, Bitbucket...)
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, ...)
- with the development of back-end parts of applications for front-end
- with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, ...)
- in the field of banking application development (focusing on current, term, and/or savings accounts, payment transactions and operations)
- Enterprise messaging systems (JMS, KafkaMQ, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ...)
- automated build tools (Maven, Gradle)
- the KeyCloak tool
- front-end development (ReactJS, Angular)
- some agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, LEAN and/or KANBAN)
- knowledge (principles) of modern core banking systems (cloud native, API first, headless...) testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, ...)
