Project description
- cooperation in the analysis, design, development and testing of the back-end [JAVA+Quarkus] of a unique Big Data solution in the field of aviation operations
- opportunity to participate in a unique integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (machine learning) into aviation
- cooperation in designing the solution with the main solution architect and its subsequent development and testing
- cooperation within international [mostly CZ/SK] DevSecOps teams cooperating by method SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- participation in CI/CD including code reviews
- cooperation can take place in almost complete REMOTE [home-office] mode, or (in case of interest of a freelancer) a hybrid ON-SITE and REMOTE (in Bratislava)
Project requirements
- min. 5 years of experience with programming large [enterprise] systems in JAVA
- advanced experience with the Quarkus and/or Spring ecosystem
- advanced knowledge and use of design patterns (design patterns: Factory, Singleton, Strategy, MVC, ...)
- experience with:
- writing Unit tests
- using Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- microservices (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
- knowledge of SQL and database principles
- knowledge of Git or another repository system
- fluent knowledge (in word and writing - C2) of Slovak and/or Czech language
- great advantage experience with
- development of information systems for the field of aviation
- creation and/or participation in the creation of architecture of large systems
- advantage experience with:
- big data processing (ideally HDFS & Kafka)
- tool KeyCloak
- cloud services (AWS and/or Azure)
- SQL/noSQL databases
- Apache Kafka
- end-to-end testing
- tools for static code analysis (FxCop, StyleCop, Sonar)
- performing effective code reviews and adhering to coding standards
- programming on the front-end (ReactJS and/or AngularJS)
