Project description

responsibility for setting clear goals and scope of the project in the area of financial services used in providing telecommunication services
consolidation of project goals with client strategy and definition of internal resource requirements
creation of plans and related project delivery management
definition of individual tasks, roles and responsibilities
management of internal (and external) resources, as well as stakeholders
budget preparation and cost monitoring
preparation, planning and monitoring of key project milestones, project tasks, phases/sprints and activities
reporting on project status to the project team, stakeholders and management
identification and elimination of potential project problems and risks and subsequent coordination of teams to prevent them
communication with all interested parties and organization of meetings and agile events
possible cooperation on approx. 50% part-time in a combined ON-SITE (Bratislava, 1 day per week) and REMOTE

Project requirements

min. 4 years of project experience in managing complex projects, ideally in financial services and related to EU regulation and/or national authorities (NBS)
experience in managing projects/programs combining several streams
advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience with agile culture, management styles and SCRUM as well as waterfall methodologies
exceptional assertive communication skills - written and oral and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the company
strong facilitation skills (being able to lead meetings and make consensual decisions and plans together with participants)
excellent leadership and mentoring skills (being able to engage other team members in the project and move them forward)
ability to manage system analysis and identify dependencies with a constant eye on business requirements
flexibly respond and adapt to change
problem-solving orientation
excellent time-management
proactive approach
