Project description
- Development and maintenance of backend solutions in Python technology for the AI platform of a banking application
- Design, development, and integration of REST APIs using FastAPI
- Development and integration of AI/LLM functionalities and orchestration of AI agents
- Integration of language models with internal data sources and tools
- Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable backend services
- Automated testing, evaluation of AI response quality, and optimization of solutions
- Collaboration with the development and product team
- Tech stack / environment: Python 3.12+, FastAPI, Async/Await, REST API, Pydantic, Pytest, LLM, LangChain/LangGraph, Git, CI/CD
- Collaboration is possible only on a full-time basis in a hybrid mode ONSITE min. 1 day per week (Vienna) + REMOTE (or based on agreement with the client)
- The final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the progress of the selection process
Project requirements
- Senior experience with Python backend development
- Advanced experience with:
- Python, Async/Await, Type Hints
- FastAPI, REST API, Pydantic
- Pytest, Git/GitHub, CI/CD
- LangChain / LangGraph, Agentic AI
- LLM evaluation and prompt engineering
- backend architecture design
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Practical experience with integrating AI/LLM solutions, ideally in a production environment
- Ability to independently design and implement backend services
- Active knowledge of the English language both spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
- Advantageous: experience with projects in the field of banking / financial services
- Autonomy
