Project description
- maintenance and stabilization of existing Node.js backend
- implementation of small functionalities and bug fixing
- optimization of reliability and stability of production services
- change management and minimization of regressions
- testing and validation of changes before release
- development of a new Python orchestration layer for conversational AI
- design and implementation of LangChain / LangGraph pipelines
- integration of external LLM API services
- design and optimization of prompt engineering strategies
- implementation of error handling and fallback mechanisms
- participation in architectural decisions during migration to a new stack
- design of automated tests and CI/CD pipelines
- creation of technical documentation
Project requirements
- minimum 3+ years of project experience with Python development
- advanced experience with Node.js backend development
- experience with maintenance and stabilization of production systems
- project experience with LLM technologies
- experience with:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- prompt engineering
- integration of external AI / LLM APIs
- design of backend services and orchestration layers
- testing of backend applications
- LangChain framework (development and integration of LLM applications, prompt engineering, chain composition)
- active knowledge of English at a communicative level (spoken and written) B2 - C1
- great advantage are experiences with:
- Kotlin backend development
- cloud infrastructure
- JWT / OAuth2 / security/auth mechanisms
- experience in a banking / fintech environment
- analytical thinking
- team player
- attention to detail
