Project description
- collaboration on modification and development of various ServiceNow platform functionalities, primarily:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- FlowDesigner and IntegrationHub
- Service Portal and UI Builder
- various other custom applications
- participation in scripting and automation of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies, and related components
- implementation of clean and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code in accordance with SOLID principles
- creation and maintenance of integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure API Management, SnapLogic, SAP, Azure Blob Storage)
- participation in the implementation of:
- REST/SOAP API and authentication patterns
- data imports, mapping, and normalization
- design of robust integrations including logging and error handling
- incident resolution
- collaboration in a 100% REMOTE mode in the US time zone (CET -6h)
Project requirements
- minimum 3 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- experience with:
- programming in JavaScript/Typescript and adhering to SOLID principles
- implementing REST/SOAP API and authentication patterns
- importing, mapping, and normalizing data
- designing robust integrations including logging and error handling
- incident resolution
- knowledge of:
- scripting and automation (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- various ServiceNow applications (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder...)
- fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
