Project description
- providing support to first-level end users and solving technical problems
- guiding users through the process of solving technical IT problems
- obtaining important and specific information by asking questions about the problem
- diagnosing problems and, if necessary, directing unresolved issues to the next level of support
- end-user support when using PCs, printers, laptops, Microsoft Office and MS Windows and common applications in a Windows environment
- responsibility for L1 level support
- cooperation possible 100% ON-SITE [Bratislava] during the first three months, then REMOTE cooperation possible 2 days a week
Project requirements
- min. 2 years of professional experience with end-user support
- good knowledge or experience with computers, printers, laptops
- experience with Microsoft Office and MS Windows
- experience with the administration of common applications under MS Windows
- basic knowledge of networks
- ability to correctly diagnose problems and, if necessary, direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
- experience with one of some ticketing systems ( ideally ServiceNOW )
- technical education is an advantage
- excellent communication skills and time management
- active listening and empathy towards colleagues
- ability to solve problems
- English at a communication level (both spoken and written)
