Project description
- preparation of test strategy, plan, methodology and scenarios of an innovative B2B solution in the field of telecommunications
- defining and optimizing existing processes and activities in the field of QA
- leading, mentoring and managing the entire process of testing and the testing team (assigning tasks to testers, monitoring the deadline fulfillment of the test plan, ...)
- management and ongoing quality control of the entire testing process
- implementation of testing and monitoring tools
- ensuring the relevant documentation and monitoring its adherence on the project
- evaluating and reporting testing to stakeholders
- cooperation in an international (SK, CZ, DE, PL) environment
- after a short (mostly ON-SITE) onboarding, cooperation will be in 80% REMOTE mode (HOME OFFICE 4 days a week)
Project requirements
- min. 5-year experience in the position of Test Manager
- min. 3 years of experience with manual and automated testing
- advanced experience with:
- preparation of standard testing documentation (strategy, plan, reporting, defect management)
- leading, mentoring and managing the entire process of testing and (ideally international) testing team
- optimization of processes and activities in the field of QA
- experience with:
- bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence ...)
- test automation (Selenium, JUnit, Vite...)
- CI/CD processes and tools
- implementation of various types of tests (manual, integration, automated, performance ...)
- agile SW development methodology (SCRUM)
- active knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech and English (spoken and written)
- a great advantage is experience with:
- leading an international team
- release management
- working in a corporate environment
- advantage certification in the field of testing (e.g. ISTQB)
- very good organizational and communication skills
- ability to effectively solve problems under pressure
- proactivity and analytical thinking
