Project description

key role in managing quality and testing within an extensive transformation and replacement of core banking systems
coordination of deliveries across internal and external teams with an emphasis on defect management, integration testing, and the Accounting and reporting areas
preparation of testing strategy, planning, and management of testing activities
processing of testing effort estimates for the assigned project
coordination and planning of activities within the assigned testing teams
participation in the implementation of changes and new services and applications into information systems
checking deadlines for bug fixes, timely reminders, and escalation of bug resolution according to priorities
communication with stakeholders on the project and regular reporting of the status from a testing perspective to project and line management
ensuring the execution of controls for planned changes implemented into information systems
responsibility for the quality of deployed changes and guaranteeing the smooth operation of systems for internal and external customers
coordination of the setup of QA processes on the project
cooperation in a 60% onsite (Prague - Výmolova) and 40% remote mode

Project requirements

advanced experience with:
- managing and planning testing activities on complex projects (at least 3+ years)
- complex integrations and a large number of supplier teams (including external ones)
- transformational projects, migration projects, or replacement of key systems
experience with:
- defect management process
- coordination and setup of QA processes on the project
- actively gathering information from individual project streams, organizing meetings, creating minutes and task tracking
- reporting on the status of activities to project and line management, preparing presentations, and communicating with stakeholders
advantage:
- knowledge of Zephyr Scale
- knowledge of Jira
- banking environment and banking processes
- knowledge of Accounting and reporting areas
