leading a large-scale transformation program across multiple parts of the organization
translating strategic intentions into a concrete implementation plan and subsequent execution
coordination of parallel work streams, their priorities, milestones, and interdependencies
setting up effective processes, roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms
bridging changes in business, technology, data, finance, and organization
risk management, removing implementation barriers, and escalating key decisions
monitoring operational and economic results of the transformation and fulfillment of expected benefits
collaboration with top management and preparation of materials for strategic decision-making
support for the introduction of a new way of working into the organization's daily practice
collaboration in REMOTE 20% - ON-SITE 80% (Bratislava) mode
final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process

Project requirements

10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in managing complex transformation programs
experience in insurance, banking, or the broader financial services sector
experience with:
- implementation of a new operating model and end-to-end process changes
- leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple work streams
- organizational changes, adoption of new processes and ways of working
ability to define and evaluate financial and operational benefits of implemented changes
proven results in realizing transformation initiatives, not just in their design or strategic consulting
ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders without direct organizational authority
active knowledge of Slovak or Czech language, spoken and written (min. C1)
active knowledge of English language, spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
advantage: experience with:
- transformation of insurance claim handling processes
- automation of key insurance processes or process mining
- Central European regulatory environment
excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills
excellent communication and presentation skills
