- close collaboration with the client to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations
- proactive management of client expectations, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and deliverables
- leading discussions on business-driven customizations and alternative solutions to ensure alignment with client goals and project objectives
- risk management and issue resolution - identification and assessment of program risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project outcomes
Požiadavky projektu
- deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- experience with delivery of digital solution (mobile application & web) within client core system transformation project
- experience in core systems replacement or merger implementation in larger banks, insurance companies, telecommunication companies
- fluent English
