managing planning, coordination, and execution of software releases
implementing effective change management strategies
collaborating with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of software products
ensuring adherence to Waterfall and Agile methodologies
maintaining high standards of software quality through regular checks and balances

Požiadavky projektu

bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
expertise in Change Management practices and frameworks
proficiency in CM PII, GPX, and automation tools
skilled in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
familiarity with release management tools, version control systems, and ticketing systems
comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
exceptional client interaction skills, both in formal and informal settings
fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
experience in a software development environment is highly beneficial
capacity for effective decision-making under pressure
willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies
knowledge of additional languages or international work experience is an advantage
ability to mentor junior team members and lead by example
proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate
