Popis projektu
- engaging with the Market Access and Revenue Management IT and business teams
- facilitating discussions and workshops to understand and document business processes and requirements
- promoting the patient support domain and current product portfolio
- driving business process design using Six Sigma and other operational excellence techniques
- ensuring platforms deliver immediate and long-term capabilities to customer-facing teams
- documenting system operating procedures and keeping abreast of new technologies and industry standards
Požadavky projektu
- master's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- minimum of 5 years in a similar Business Analyst or IT Project Management role
- at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile methodologies
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- experience in obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements
- proficiency in Agile development processes, particularly in a Product Owner role
- capability in business case development and business process modeling and analysis
- solid project management skills in IT projects, understanding of SDLC practices
- knowledge of systems testing processes, procedures, and documentation
- preferred qualifications:
- experience with customer-facing systems
- familiarity with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of CRM tools
- superior written and verbal communication skills, including influencing abilities
- openness to advocating new ideas, accepting potential risks
- experience in website development projects
