engaging with the Market Access and Revenue Management IT and business teams
facilitating discussions and workshops to understand and document business processes and requirements
promoting the patient support domain and current product portfolio
driving business process design using Six Sigma and other operational excellence techniques
ensuring platforms deliver immediate and long-term capabilities to customer-facing teams
documenting system operating procedures and keeping abreast of new technologies and industry standards

Požiadavky projektu

master's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
minimum of 5 years in a similar Business Analyst or IT Project Management role
at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile methodologies
strong analytical and organizational skills
experience in obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements
proficiency in Agile development processes, particularly in a Product Owner role
capability in business case development and business process modeling and analysis
solid project management skills in IT projects, understanding of SDLC practices
knowledge of systems testing processes, procedures, and documentation

preferred qualifications:
- experience with customer-facing systems
- familiarity with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of CRM tools
- superior written and verbal communication skills, including influencing abilities
- openness to advocating new ideas, accepting potential risks
- experience in website development projects
