Project description

ownership of the entire digital connectivity lifecycle for individual CMO and molecule combinations
coordination of onboarding new manufacturing partners and new molecules
management of digital connectivity from partner sign-on and integration design through tech transfer and commercialization to long-term sustainment
working with the existing integration framework and standardized bronze/silver integration templates
support for the design and development of more complex gold-tier integrations
coordination of ETL and data integration paths between internal systems and systems of external manufacturing partners
collaboration with technical teams on the design, implementation, and long-term operation of integration solutions
representing the digital team at steering committee meetings with external CMOs
managing multiple parallel CMO-molecule workstreams in a matrix environment
monitoring the status, reliability, and quality of ongoing integrations and coordinating the resolution of incidents and recurring issues
creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for individual molecules and CMOs
implementation of After-Action Reviews and transfer of lessons learned back into the integration framework
support for standardization of integration solutions and acceleration of onboarding further CMOs and molecules

Project requirements

advanced experience with:
- stakeholder management and independent coordination of multiple parallel workstreams
- communication between business and technical teams
experience with:
- ETL, data integration or system integration projects
- projects working with manufacturing / industrial / process data
- managing or coordinating technically oriented projects in a matrix environment
advanced knowledge of:
- English for professional communication, presentations, and negotiations with external partners
knowledge of:
- principles of ETL and data / system integrations
- manufacturing and industrial data and their specifics
- process data and time-series / time-course data
- working according to technical frameworks, design specifications, and integration standards
advantageous:
- experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environment
- experience with tech transfer or commercialization
- experience with external manufacturing partners / CMO
- experience with long-term sustainment of production integrations
- experience with knowledge management and After-Action Reviews
