participation in the design, preparation, building, testing, and maintenance of cloud (AWS) IT architecture and CI/CD processes in the field of telecommunications
responsibility for the creation and configuration of individual modules and standards in the field of cloud architecture
providing technical support and mentoring to individual stakeholder teams
close cooperation with other experts within various departments
participation in the creation of documentation for infrastructure and implemented processes
possible cooperation in a full REMOTE, or combined REMOTE / ON-SITE (Bratislava) mode - depending on the candidate's personal preferences

Project requirements

min. 5 years of experience as a Cloud and/or DevOps and/or SRE specialist
advanced experience with:
- microservices architecture and creation of automated mechanisms for integrating microservices applications (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Services - EKS)
- design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes based on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC)
- implementation and configuration of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ...)
- automation, automation tools, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Elastic stack, Salt-stack, Helm, ...)
experience with:
- security policies in AWS environment
- coordination of large IT projects
- creation of architectural documentation
- migration planning
active knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech and English language (written and spoken)
advantageous experience with:
- projects in the field of telecommunications and/or corporate projects
- agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe ...)
- project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence ...)
- internal training and mentoring
- AWS cost optimization (FinOps)
analytical thinking
problem-solving orientation
proactive communication
