Project description

design, development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
creation of reusable workflows, templates and automations for development teams
management and optimization of self-hosted GitHub Actions runners
administration of GitHub Enterprise Cloud (repository management, permissions, policies, integrations)
support for development teams in builds, testing, release management and deployments
troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, build processes and deployments
implementation of AI tools into the software development lifecycle
automation of platform processes using scripting
support for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Key Vault, databases, networking and platform services
improvement of the platform's security, reliability, performance and developer experience
collaboration with development and AI teams in designing new internal tools and services and modernizing the software delivery platform
opportunity to participate in the implementation of AI tools and automation into the development process
collaboration takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode

Project requirements

min. 5 years of experience with DevOps in software development
experience with:
- GitHub Actions or another modern CI/CD platform
- GitHub Enterprise or Git repository management
- CI/CD pipeline development and automation
- Git, Pull Request workflow and release management
- Docker containers
- Bash, PowerShell or Python scripting
- troubleshooting builds, deployments and automated workflows
- cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles
good knowledge of networking, IAM and secrets management
ability to analyze application code, scripts and configuration files
independence in solving technical problems and designing automation
knowledge of English at a communicative level
advantageous to have experience with:
- GitHub Enterprise Cloud
- self-hosted GitHub Actions runners
- GitHub Advanced Security
- GitHub Copilot, Claude or CodeRabbit
- Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities and cloud databases
- Terraform, Bicep and/or Infrastructure as Code
- cloud security, observability and software supply chain security
- REST API integrations
