Project description
- short-term cooperation on a running project in the area of public administration
- cooperation in defining and maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD processes
- responsibility for build and deployment pipelines within the JavaScript monorepo environment
- setting up and managing CI/CD: optimization for monorepo - selective builds, caching, versioning, etc.
- automation of build-test-deploy processes for local development, staging and production environments
- preparation of deployment machines and infrastructure: system configuration, package installation, environment setup
- working with IoT devices on the Linux platform (e.g., Raspberry Pi or similar): provisioning, updates, remote access
- cooperation possible in a combined mode min. 4 days a week ON-SITE [Bratislava] + REMOTE, or according to agreement and the current situation on the project
- the final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 3-year active experience in DevOps, ideally focusing on on-premise solutions
- advanced knowledge of Linux - both as a server environment and embedded/IoT platforms
- advanced experience with:
- designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally in a monorepo environment
- automation of deployment
- configuration of infrastructure
- basic knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem
- proactive approach (desire to improve systems, automate processes, mentor others)
- strong communication skills: clear solution design and argumentation of decisions
- advantage:
- experience with:
- IoT deployments, provisioning, or remote device management
- monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix or with logging infrastructure
- deploying on Windows devices or Android devices including installation, updates, and system configuration
- knowledge of:
- tools like Nx, Turborepo, Lerna or other tools for monorepo management
- solutions like Mobile Device Management (MDM) and remote device management
- experience with:
- technical maturity and reliability
- independence and ability to take responsibility
- focus on quality, detail, and the customer
