Project description
- responsibility for consulting services in the area of an integration project during the supplier selection phase for Genesys Cloud CX in the banking sector
- consulting during the analytical and implementation phase of replacing Cisco UCCE contact center with Genesys Cloud CX
- communication with all stakeholders and organization of meetings
- participation in workshops and offer evaluations
- identification and elimination of potential project problems and risks and subsequent team coordination to prevent them
- possible cooperation in a part-time predominantly REMOTE mode
Project requirements
- expert experience in implementation and integration of Genesys Cloud CX for enterprise clients (ideally from the banking sector)
- advanced experience with Genesys Cloud CX products
- exceptional communication skills - written and verbal (especially in English) and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the company
- strong facilitation skills (being able to lead meetings and consensually make decisions and plan together with participants)
- understanding of business requirements and needs
- problem-solving orientation
- excellent time-management
- attention to detail and orientation towards continuous process improvement
- ability to manage system analysis and identify dependencies with constant regard to business requirements
- significant advantage: experience with contact center migrations (ideally from Cisco UCCE and/or to Genesys Cloud CX)
- creativity and openness to new ideas and visions
- ability to react flexibly and adapt to change
