Project description
- cooperation on a digital banking development project in a modern and complex IT environment
- focus on designing technical solutions, APIs, and system integrations bridging business requirements with IT architecture
- operating in an environment of microservices, REST API, PaaS/SOA, and cloud technologies
- collaboration with business, development, architects, product owners, and data experts throughout the entire solution lifecycle
- support for the development of automation, AI-powered services, and Agentic AI use cases
- main responsibilities:
- collection, analysis, and transformation of business requirements into technical concepts and feasible software requirements
- design and specification of REST API, integration interfaces, and workflows
- analysis of system integrations and data flows between individual services
- collaboration on solution design and assessment of solutions from the perspective of scalability, security, operations, and further development
- creating a common understanding of solutions between business and technical teams
- participation in refinements, Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, and retrospectives
- continuous improvement of APIs, integration standards, and delivery methods
- tech stack / environment: REST API, Microservices, Systems Integration, SOA, PaaS, Cloud, Generative AI, Agentic AI, JIRA, Agile/Scrum
- cooperation only on a full-time basis possible in a hybrid REMOTE + ONSITE mode, at least 1-2 days per week in Vienna or Košice (or based on further agreement with the client)
- final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process
Project requirements
- min. 4 years of experience in the position of IT Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer / Solution Analyst or a similar technical-analytical position
- advanced experience with REST API and system integrations
- ability to analyze and design API interfaces, request/response models, and integration scenarios
- practical understanding of REST, HTTP, and JSON
- technical understanding of modern architectures – microservices, SOA, PaaS/cloud, and integration principles
- experience with:
- requirements engineering and transformation of business needs into technical and software requirements
- Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery and the JIRA tool
- active knowledge of English, written and spoken (min. B2-C1)
- ability to communicate professionally with management, managers, and experts in individual areas
- advantage:
- experience from banking / financial sector
- experience or good orientation in Generative AI / Agentic AI
- knowledge of German language
- analytical and critical thinking
- systematic approach to work
- team player
