Project description

  • support for the team of senior Business Analysts in operational activities related to the PER system (Performance Evaluation & Reward) operation
  • the role is focused on IT operations support, monitoring system processes, incident resolution, and documentation management
  • tasks and responsibilities:
    • system parameterization of the PER system (setting access opening/closing dates)
    • checking system interfaces and resolving potential errors
    • escalating problems to source systems
    • processing incident tickets from users
    • resolving simpler incidents or escalating to senior colleagues
    • synchronizing the task calendar with the global master calendar
    • managing and updating documentation
    • identifying gaps in documentation and supplementing procedures for future incident resolution
    • collaboration with the internal Business Analysts team
       
  • collaboration possible in a hybrid ON-SITE / REMOTE mode, with at least 3 days per week on-site ( Bratislava ) 
  • final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process

Project requirements

  • min. 1-year project experience in IT operations or IT support
  • basic experience with incident management
  • ability to work according to documented processes
  • analytical thinking and consistency
  • good communication skills
     
  • tools used:
    • ServiceNow – incident ticket management
    • SharePoint – documentation
    • Excel / Word – process documentation
    • Jira / Azure DevOps – change requests
       
  • active knowledge of English spoken and written (min. B2-C1)
    • communication with an international team
  • active knowledge of Slovak spoken and written (native)
    • communication with the local team
       
  • advantage:
    • experience with ServiceNow
    • experience with SharePoint
    • experience with IT operations in an enterprise environment
    • German language – an advantage
