Project description

  • Support of internal organization teams in solving daily user requests and incidents within an international environment
  • Cooperation in ensuring the smooth running of Polish and British business units with an emphasis on compliance with SLA and KPI
  • Providing 1st level IT support including basic diagnostics and rapid resolution of common technical problems
  • Working with accounts, access and permissions in Azure Active Directory
  • User support in the field of office applications (MS Office, e-mail, basic management tools)
  • Communication with customers in Polish and English at the B2+ level in order to ensure a professional user experience
  • Work in two shifts (08:00–17:00 and 09:00–18:00) with an emphasis on effective information transfer between colleagues
  • Escalation of more complex incidents to higher levels of support according to internal processes
  • Cooperation takes place in a combined mode onsite 2 days a week in Prague and the rest of the time remote

Project requirements

  • Advanced experience with:
    • Providing user support at the 1st level IT support level
    • Communication with customers in a dynamic Service Desk environment
    • Solving basic incidents related to user accounts in Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with:
    • Office applications and common productivity tools
    • Working with ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow – alternatives)
    • Orientation in ICT processes and the ability to diagnose simpler technical problems
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Polish language at the B2+ level
    • English language at the B2+ level (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Basic principles of the functioning of corporate IT systems
    • Customer communication and work with users in an international environment
  • Advantage:
    • Experience from the Service Desk Analyst environment
    • Orientation in the environment of large corporations and their internal processes
    • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the field of IT support
