Project description
- daily monitoring and checking the success of integration processes
- checking execution logs and identifying failed steps, error messages, and problems in downstream systems
- monitoring logs and basic checking of request routing
- logging production anomalies and incidents, including timestamps, affected APIs, and impact on partners
- initial analysis, classification, and resolution of incidents according to defined runbooks
- timely escalation of unresolved problems to L2/L3 support or Technical Lead
- communication with partners during outages and providing ongoing updates on incident status
- support for API monitoring during migration and after the production deployment of individual groups
- participation in post-cutover monitoring and recording of identified problems
- checking and testing operational documentation and runbooks
- support for knowledge transfer from Technical Lead and SMEs
- routine maintenance of Quickwork journeys and implementation of minor configuration changes according to approved procedures
- checking the validity of API credentials and coordinating their renewal before expiration
- updating operational documentation upon changes in procedures or identification of new types of errors
- preparation of regular operational reports on platform availability, incidents, and resolution times
- identification of recurring problems and their escalation for further analysis
- collaboration with Project Manager, Technical Lead, SMEs, and Service Delivery Manager
Project requirements
- min. 1 year of experience in IT support, operations, or helpdesk, or equivalent practical experience from studies or internship
- ability to:
- follow documented troubleshooting procedures
- identify a failed step and interpret basic error messages
- systematically log incidents and record actions taken
- recognize a problem requiring immediate escalation
- write clear and professional incident updates in English
- experience with:
- REST API and HTTP requests
- HTTP status codes, especially 200 and 500
- JSON payloads and their structures
- working with web interfaces, dashboards, and logs
- basic principles of incident management
- active knowledge of English on a professional level (min. B2-C1)
- knowledge of German is a big advantage
- advantageous experience with:
- iPaaS integration platforms, e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, Zapier, or Quickwork
- API testing tools Postman or curl
- OAuth2 and JWT tokens
- monitoring and alerting, e.g., Grafana, Datadog, or PagerDuty
- GitLab or GitHub
- IT incident management and operational documentation
